Technical Program Manager (Robotics)

What you will do

• Partner with platform leads and engineering teams to drive program schedules and execution from end to end.
• Own build planning and production coordination, from tooling kickoff to fleet hand-off.
• Manage material forecasting, Clear-to-Build (CTB) analysis, and readiness reporting to ensure build schedules remain on track.
• Coordinate the arrival and management of COTS hardware, including tracking, modifications, and end-of-life management.
• Partner with supply chain and procurement teams to mitigate risks on long-lead and single-source parts.
• Identify and implement process improvements to scale hardware planning, building, and shipping.

Requirements

• Must be able to work on-site in San Francisco.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in operations, supply chain, manufacturing program support, or engineering program management.
• Experience with shipping hardware is required.
• Proficiency with operational tools such as Notion, Linear, Excel, and ERP/MRP or PLM systems.
• Ability to travel domestically and occasionally internationally to vendors and contract manufacturers.
