Principal Program Manager (Semiconductor)

What you will do

• Lead cross-functional matrix teams to deliver services engagements and technology initiatives.
• Manage projects from initiation to delivery, maintaining technical and commercial responsibility.
• Create Statements of Work (SOW) and cost plans in collaboration with technical, finance, and legal teams.
• Serve as the primary customer contact for communicating status, risks, and solutions.
• Develop and track project plans, schedules, and metrics to ensure delivery within scope and budget.
• Improve operational processes and contribute to project management best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical or computer engineering.
• 6+ years of semiconductor design or relevant project management experience.
• Experience driving services engagements involving analog, SOC, verification, or package/board expertise.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects with strong analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Occasional domestic and international travel is required.

Nice to have

• Background in IC design, SOC verification, RTL, or IP development.
• Project management certification.
• Experience using hirify.global design tools.
