Salary: $158,330 - $237,200 per annum

What you will do

  • Lead design engineering program management for subsystems incorporated into custom solutions for hyper-scale cloud data center customers.
  • Own end-to-end delivery including initiation, strategic planning, tracking, and execution of complex optical programs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and overall validation strategies.
  • Drive functional teams in debug and issue resolution to maintain schedule, quality, and cost.
  • Provide program leadership and risk management transparency to senior executives and technical leaders.
  • Interface with the corporate program management office to ensure strategic alignment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • 15+ years of industry experience (10+ with a Master’s, 8+ with a PhD).
  • 8+ years of Project/Program management experience specifically in the semiconductor industry.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent development efforts and deliver silicon subsystems.
  • Must be eligible to access export-controlled information under U.S. law (EAR).
