Data Product Owner (TV Enablement Network)

Location: Hybrid — 3 days per week in the London, Belfast, Bristol, Birmingham, or Ipswich offices, with 2 days remote within the UK

What you will do

• Own and maintain the product backlog and roadmap for a Networks Data & AI engineering squad.
• Translate business needs and opportunities into clear technical requirements for engineering teams.
• Prioritise work by balancing business value, technical constraints, and delivery timelines.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, delivery teams, and business stakeholders to align priorities and expectations.
• Drive the evolution of TV and network-related data products supporting actionable insights and improved customer experiences.
• Support continuous improvement of data quality, operational performance, and customer outcomes.

Requirements

• Experience in data engineering, software engineering, or technical data delivery, translating business requirements into actionable outcomes.
• Experience with cloud data technologies, preferably AWS, plus an understanding of Hadoop fundamentals and large-scale data processing environments.
• Experience owning, prioritising, and managing complex technical backlogs in an Agile environment.
• Experience delivering products or capabilities from discovery through operational use.

Nice to have

• Previous experience as a Product Owner, Technical Product Owner, or in a similar role.
• Experience in telecommunications, networks, broadband, TV, connectivity, or customer experience.
• Knowledge of data pipelines, data modelling, data platforms, analytics, architecture, or data science.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with iterative and incremental Agile delivery.
