What you will do

• Manage end-to-end requirements, define product vision and plan product roadmaps.
• Create, refine and prioritise healthy product backlogs using Jira and Agile management tools.
• Act as the voice of customers and business stakeholders across multidisciplinary delivery teams.
• Ensure business requirements and technical enablers result in scalable, fit-for-purpose solutions.
• Lead key Agile ceremonies and support product delivery across structured and challenging environments.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear business terms and comprehensive user stories.

Requirements

• Extensive knowledge of product ownership and business analysis tools, techniques and best practices.
• Experience with end-to-end requirements management, product lifecycles and roadmap planning.
• Strong stakeholder management, written communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to develop domain and technical knowledge and collaborate with architects and engineering teams.
• Experience championing Agile practices and balancing business needs with technical constraints.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement in Leeds, England, United Kingdom.

Nice to have

• CSPO, PSPO or equivalent Business Analysis or Agile certification.
• Foundational understanding of APIs, system integrations, data flows or cloud architecture.
• Experience managing technical debt and architectural runway.
• Background in software development, data analysis or technical systems analysis.
