What you will do

• Define and execute product strategy for the Health Screening Platform, delivering incremental value to patients, customers, and users.
• Own and prioritise the product backlog, demand funnel, requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Map end-to-end user, patient, and data journeys and lead customer and user feedback sessions.
• Coordinate technical delivery, releases, product communications, and collaboration with development leaders.
• Track KPIs, OKRs, product ROI, revenues, costs, and evidence for business cases.
• Support sales enablement and go-to-market activities as the product subject matter expert.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a SaaS Product Owner with demonstrable customer value delivery.
• Strong communication, presentation, prioritisation, organisational, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience gathering and documenting requirements, managing backlogs, defining acceptance criteria, and coordinating releases.
• Pre-existing right to work and travel within the UK is required.
• Ability to obtain UK Security Clearance is required.
• Degree-level education or equivalent certification in product, project management, business, or a technical discipline is advantageous.

Nice to have

• Experience delivering AI or data products and working with AI-enabled development teams.
• Experience across agile, scaled agile, and waterfall delivery environments.
• Healthcare-sector experience and familiarity with Azure DevOps, Jira, or Aha!
• Experience scaling a product internationally.
