What you will do

• Define product strategy, prioritise initiatives, and deliver customer value through small, frequently releasable increments.
• Own and manage the product backlog, demand funnel, requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and readiness standards.
• Build trusted relationships with customers and stakeholders, lead user feedback sessions, and represent user and patient needs.
• Coordinate technical delivery and releases, ensuring scalable, quality, interoperable solutions are delivered on time.
• Define product KPIs and track return on investment, revenue, costs, and business-case evidence.
• Support sales enablement, go-to-market activities, product collateral, and customer or prospect presentations.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience owning and delivering customer-focused products, ideally in a SaaS environment.
• Strong product backlog management, prioritisation, requirements documentation, and release coordination skills.
• Excellent written, in-person, and online communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work autonomously, manage time effectively, solve problems, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Pre-existing right to work and travel within the UK, with eligibility for UK Security Clearance.
• Degree-level education or equivalent certification in product, project management, business, or a technical discipline is advantageous.

Nice to have

• Experience delivering AI or data products and working with AI-enabled development teams.
• Healthcare-sector experience or international product scaling experience.
• Experience across agile, scaled agile, and waterfall delivery models.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Jira, or Aha!
