What you will do
- Own product priorities for two development teams, with primary responsibility for a team delivering backend services.
- Define and communicate what should be delivered and why.
- Manage and prioritise software engineering backlogs.
- Align business objectives, technology strategy, and team execution.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and make value-driven prioritisation decisions.
- Support digital customer channels, including mobile applications and online banking platforms.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience as a Product Owner in an Agile software development environment.
- Experience with digital customer channels, mobile applications, online platforms, digital products, or customer-facing services.
- Experience managing and prioritising backlogs for software engineering teams.
- Experience working with technical stakeholders and development teams delivering backend or platform capabilities.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
- Strong communication, leadership, organisation, prioritisation, and delivery skills.
