Business Operations Manager

Location: New York; in-person work in NYC required

Salary: $140K–$190K annually, plus equity

What you will do

• Drive quantitative analyses to inform pricing and packaging strategy.
• Help establish the deal desk and streamline enterprise deals.
• Support finance initiatives including investor relations, cloud vendor negotiations, and cost optimization.
• Implement tools and processes that enable rapid go-to-market growth.
• Manage ad hoc business operations projects, including securing office space in Manhattan.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a business function such as banking, consulting, or a startup.
• Exposure to technology and coding to understand the product and customers, use analytical tools, and build custom tooling.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and detail-oriented approach with a high standard of execution.
• Ability and interest in learning across business functions and managing multiple projects.
• Willingness to work in person in NYC.
