What you will do

• Lead global partner reporting, dashboards, and data analysis across all partner routes to market.
• Build business models for partner contribution targets, co-sell motions, and regional coverage.
• Support annual and quarterly partner planning, including capacity and coverage modeling.
• Design and maintain AI-enabled workflows to automate reporting and business reviews.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Sales, and RevOps to improve data quality and governance.
• Develop narratives and insights for executive leadership and QBRs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Partner/Revenue/Sales Operations or GTM Analytics in B2B tech.
• Experience with partner ecosystems (hyperscalers, ISVs, GSIs, etc.).
• Proficiency in BI tools (SQL, Tableau, Looker, Power BI, etc.) and Salesforce.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools and agentic workflows for operational automation.
• Ability to translate ambiguous business questions into structured analysis and recommendations.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience in cloud, AI infrastructure, or SaaS.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Marketplaces.
• Knowledge of partner compensation, MDF, and tier models.
• Experience with ecosystem intelligence tools.
