Director, Services Business Operations - US

Location: Henrico, Virginia, USA. Domestic relocation is eligible. Ability to travel up to 35%, primarily within the United States.

Salary: $149,500–$205,500 USD annual.

What you will do

• Lead the business operations strategy and execution for the U.S. Services organization.
• Manage Service Coordinators, Service Administrators, Resource Planners, and Business Operations personnel supporting field service execution.
• Own the Services SIOP process, workforce capacity planning, resource models, forecasting, budgeting, and headcount planning.
• Monitor operational performance metrics including technician utilization, profitability, response times, backlog, productivity, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Establish subcontractor programs covering onboarding, performance, quality, safety, and cost optimization.
• Lead the transformation and deployment of a digital Field Service Management platform, including process standardization, workflow automation, scheduling, dispatching, and operational visibility.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 10+ years of leadership experience in field services, service operations, business operations, or a related function.
• Experience managing operational support teams in a multi-site or geographically dispersed service organization.
• Strong experience with SIOP, capacity planning, forecasting, operational performance management, budgeting, and KPI management.
• Demonstrated success leading large-scale operational transformation and digitalization initiatives.
• Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
