Location: Onsite at 221 River St, Hoboken, New Jersey, United States

Annual salary: $132,000–$264,000 in Hoboken; $110,000–$220,000 in Bentonville, plus potential performance bonuses and stock.

Walmart’s Financial Services team develops affordable financial solutions through an omnichannel experience, collaborating with Product, Technology, Marketing, Legal, Operations, and external partners.

What you will do

• Lead the development and execution of critical launches for Walmart Services.
• Oversee financial planning, business cases, budgeting, prioritization, and growth initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver initiatives on time.
• Direct new features and service activities in alignment with business goals and compliance standards.
• Analyze customer needs and business objectives to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Promote integrity, ethical standards, accountability, and talent development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field plus 5 years of relevant experience, or 7 years of relevant experience without a degree.
• Experience in consumer services, project management, product management, process improvement, retail operations, or a related area.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Leadership experience directing cross-functional teams and complex business initiatives.
• Expertise in business strategy, financial management, budgeting, forecasting, P&L oversight, project management, prioritization, and resource allocation.
• Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, customer focus, integrity, and adaptability.

Nice to have

• Contracts negotiation, financial planning and analysis, market research, Microsoft Office, modeling and forecasting, or retail operations experience.
• Master’s degree, including in Accounting, Finance, or Marketing.
