Focus on coordinating cross-functional initiatives, building executive dashboards and recommendations, and leading process improvement and change management.

Location: Washington, DC, United States of America

Salary: $108,100–$300,800 annualized base pay, with potential incentives, bonuses, and additional benefits.

What you will do

  • Develop and execute annual strategic plans and multi-year growth strategies across functional and regional leadership teams.
  • Support acquisition screening, due diligence, integration planning, synergy tracking, and post-acquisition governance.
  • Coordinate monthly business reviews, strategic reviews, executive operating reviews, and leadership governance forums.
  • Consolidate KPIs, financial performance, pipeline metrics, operational indicators, and talent updates into executive-ready reports and presentations.
  • Lead process improvement, transformation, automation, standardization, and change management initiatives.
  • Prepare executive communications, Board materials, briefing documents, and leadership messaging while managing stakeholder alignment.

Requirements

  • 10–15 years of experience in strategy, business operations, consulting, corporate development, M&A, chief of staff, or related leadership roles.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or an advanced business degree preferred.
  • Deep knowledge of strategic planning, business operations, executive governance, M&A, integration management, and transformation initiatives.
  • Strong financial analysis, business modeling, program and project management, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Experience working with senior executives and leading cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed environment.
  • Exceptional executive presence, communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and influence-without-authority skills.
