Associate Director, Specialty Care Strategy & Operations (Mental Health)

Location: Remote; quarterly travel to the New York City headquarters may be required.

Salary: $160,000–$184,000 base salary annually, plus equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Manage Specialty Care P&L mechanics, unit economics, revenue optimization, and gross margin expansion.
• Translate financial and operational drivers into strategies for sustainable growth.
• Lead strategic roadmaps and cross-functional execution across Product, Clinical, Marketing, and Operations.
• Oversee clinical operations functions and partner with clinical leadership on quality frameworks and operating standards.
• Build AI-enabled workflows, operational metrics, capacity models, and workforce planning systems.
• Manage, coach, and develop operations team members.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in business operations, strategy, or corporate consulting, including 3+ years in a scaling or high-growth startup.
• Strong expertise in P&L management, gross margin drivers, and unit economics.
• Experience managing or partnering closely with clinical operations and scaling care execution roadmaps.
• Proven cross-functional leadership across Product, Clinical, Marketing, and Operations.
• Experience integrating AI and analytical tools into business workflows and building workforce, staffing, or capacity models.
• Strong analytical, people management, decision-making, and executive communication skills.
