Customer Engineer IV- Northern Ireland (Semiconductor)

Location: England-Berkshire, UK; supporting a customer in Derry/Londonderry. Occasional travel to other customer sites in the UK and Europe, approximately 20% of the time. Relocation eligible.

What you will do

• Install, maintain, repair, and upgrade semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
• Respond to fab issues, complete quality repairs, and participate in escalation conference calls.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance across electrical, vacuum, mechanical, plasma, hydraulic, and gas systems.
• Carry out equipment retrofits and assist with process issues.
• Initiate or support projects that reduce costs and increase equipment uptime, including action plans and reporting.
• Communicate directly with customers, maintain satisfaction, and follow all safety procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 7–10 years of professional experience.
• Experience with semiconductor processes, procedures, systems, and toolsets.
• Ability to solve atypical or infrequent technical problems using established practices and procedures.
• Experience with IT systems, including Microsoft Office products.
• Flexibility to travel to UK and European customer sites approximately 20% of the time.
