What you will do

• Support sales representatives on complex, high-value opportunities from qualification through closing.
• Partner with sales teams to engage prospects, build pipelines, accelerate sales cycles, and improve win rates.
• Analyze customer applications and deliver demonstrations of Rainin solutions that optimize laboratory workflows.
• Provide technical expertise across proteomics, molecular biology, microbiology, genetics, and cell and gene therapy applications.
• Develop technical papers and application notes based on customer requirements and product capabilities.
• Train and support sales teams while maintaining expertise in competitor products and solution differentiation.

Requirements

• Authorization to work in the United States without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship.
• Bachelor’s degree in biology or a related technical discipline.
• At least four years of direct sales experience involving laboratory automation and instruments.
• Familiarity with biological laboratory applications and workflows.
• Strong negotiation, communication, presentation, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree in biochemistry, molecular biology, analytical chemistry, or bioinformatics.
