What you will do

• Supervise daily onsite construction activities for residential and commercial projects
• Read, interpret, and execute construction drawings, blueprints, and specifications
• Coordinate and oversee subcontractors for quality, safety, and schedule adherence
• Perform hands-on construction tasks and operate tools/equipment as needed
• Maintain jobsite safety, organization, productivity, and report progress to project management

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; 3–6 years construction experience with foreman/lead/supervisory roles preferred
• English proficiency required; ability to travel locally within Houston-metro area
• OSHA certification or safety training (or willingness to obtain)
• Blueprint reading, construction management, subcontractor coordination, jobsite safety compliance, tool/equipment operation
