Onsite Construction Foreman/Superintendent

Location: Houston, Texas; onsite projects across the Houston metropolitan area

Salary: $52,000–$78,000 per year, based on experience

What you will do

• Supervise daily onsite construction activities for residential and commercial projects.
• Lead crews and coordinate subcontractors to maintain quality, safety, and schedule adherence.
• Read and execute construction drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Perform hands-on construction tasks and operate tools and equipment.
• Maintain jobsite organization and productivity while communicating progress to project management.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; construction-related training preferred.
• 3–6 years of construction experience, with foreman, lead, or supervisory experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with blueprint reading, construction management, subcontractor coordination, jobsite safety compliance, and tool or equipment operation.
• English proficiency required.
• Ability to travel locally within the Houston metropolitan area for onsite projects.

Nice to have

• OSHA certification or safety training, or willingness to obtain it.
• Spanish bilingual skills.
