Tech Recruiter (AI)

Location: New York City; hybrid

Salary: $70,000–$80,000+ annually, dependent on experience

What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates during Match Day.
• Manage candidate scheduling, communication, onboarding, and interview coordination.
• Conduct phone screens, answer candidate questions, and help polish candidate profiles.
• Provide interview preparation and guidance.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date candidate data and support recruiting operations.
• Attend and help run 2+ hirify.global industry events in New York City each month, connecting with candidates and clients.

Requirements

• 1–3+ years of recruiting or similar professional experience.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfort speaking with candidates by phone.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Interest in AI, technology, and developing a career in recruiting.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with scheduling systems, applicant tracking systems, or sourcing tools.
• Experience using AI tools at work.
• Interest in learning sourcing skills through training and mentorship.
