Recruiter - Limited Term Employee (Healthcare)

Location: Remote, must be US-based; candidates may work in PST, MST, or CST but must be able to work PST hours.

What you will do

• Lead job scope meetings with hiring leaders and provide market data, search recommendations, and consultative guidance.
• Source candidates through applicant tracking systems, resume databases, search engines, networking sites, referrals, and Boolean search.
• Engage candidates through phone, email, and social media; communicate value propositions and provide interview preparation.
• Screen candidates, conduct phone interviews, evaluate assessments, and determine candidate fit for open roles.
• Partner with hiring leaders on offer details, negotiate counteroffers, and support candidate acceptance.
• Build talent pipelines, report recruiting metrics, identify search difficulties, and recommend solutions.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States and able to work PST hours.
• At least two years of recruiting experience in a corporate, RPO, or agency setting.
• Healthcare recruiting experience is required.
• High school diploma required; a bachelor's degree in business, management, human resources, or a related field is strongly preferred.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems, social media recruiting tools, Microsoft Office, and Boolean search techniques.
• Strong attention to detail, multitasking ability, and knowledge of human resources and talent acquisition principles and metrics.
