Staff Technical Recruiter

Location: Hybrid, working onsite at the Santa Clara, CA headquarters 3 days per week

What you will do

• Own full life-cycle recruiting for hardware and software engineering roles from intake through close.
• Build and refine sourcing strategies for hard-to-find deep-tech talent.
• Drive adoption of AI-powered sourcing and screening tools.
• Build trust-based relationships with hiring managers and candidates as a strategic recruiting partner.
• Maintain clean ATS data and create reporting and dashboards for real-time pipeline visibility.
• Operate autonomously and bring structure to ambiguous searches.

Requirements

• 8+ years of full life-cycle technical recruiting experience.
• Experience closing senior- and staff-level candidates.
• Recruiting experience across multiple technical verticals.
• Expert fluency with an ATS and experience building reporting and dashboards.
• Ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a track record of building trust with hiring managers and candidates.
