Senior ServiceNow Developer (ServiceNow)

What you will do

• Design, develop, enhance, debug, and implement ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITFM, HRSD, ITOM, PPM, and SPM.
• Build workflows, Flow Designer processes, approvals, forms, tables, modules, business rules, UI policies, UI actions, client scripts, and ACLs.
• Configure notifications, UI pages, UI macros, script includes, formatters, CMS, and Service Portal components.
• Maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other systems using REST APIs, and manage update sets across multiple instances through production.
• Gather requirements from product owners, stakeholders, project teams, and end users, translating business needs into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform continuous service improvements, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior developers.

Requirements

• Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder and work onsite in Washington, DC.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, REST APIs, ServiceNow architecture, and ServiceNow scripting.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum, service management processes, system integrations, testing, and production deployments.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and independent-working skills.

Nice to have

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or Certified Implementation Specialist certification.
