Senior Affiliate Manager (Affiliate Marketing)

Location: Remote within most states in the United States, with some exclusions. The role is not eligible for immigration sponsorship. Office hubs are available in Los Angeles, Chicago, and New York for optional in-person collaboration and events.

Salary: $77,000–$95,000 annual salary, plus benefits.

What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of client accounts as the primary contact, providing proactive communication and strategic advice.
• Develop, execute, and optimize affiliate strategies, including partner recruitment, onboarding, activation, and publisher relationship management.
• Coordinate affiliate networks and negotiate strategic placements and partnership opportunities.
• Monitor budgets, commissions, investment levels, and program performance against client goals.
• Analyze regular and ad hoc reporting, deliver weekly insights and quarterly business reviews, and prepare executive KPI summaries and forecasts.
• Test new tactics, share findings internally, and use AI-powered tools to improve program analysis and client deliverables.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of affiliate marketing experience in an agency or in-house environment.
• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of affiliate networks such as Impact and CJ, Affluent, Google Analytics, and Excel, including pivot tables and complex formulas.
• Experience using performance data and trends to develop strategies, manage campaigns, and identify actionable insights.
• Strong client management, presentation, written communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States; immigration sponsorship is not available.
