TL;DR
Affiliate Manager (AI): Managing and scaling affiliate relationships and programs for a large AI companionship platform with an accent on partner onboarding, performance analytics, campaign optimization, and conversion-focused funnel development. Focus on complex tracking systems, affiliate disputes and fraud, process efficiency, and scaling partnerships from mid-size to enterprise level.

Location: Work from anywhere; fully remote

Salary: €50K–€65K estimated base salary per year

hirify.global develops AI products, including a large AI companionship platform governed by its proprietary EverGuard moderation system.

What you will do

  • Manage, maintain, and grow affiliate relationships while providing ongoing support.
  • Onboard new affiliates and ensure smooth integration into the affiliate program.
  • Monitor traffic, conversions, ROI, and affiliate performance through regular reporting.
  • Analyze results, optimize campaigns and funnels, and identify opportunities to scale.
  • Research and recruit new affiliates and business partners.
  • Troubleshoot tracking and affiliate issues and improve communication and management processes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing and management.
  • Proficiency with affiliate marketing platforms and networks.
  • Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel or Google Sheets capabilities.
  • Advanced knowledge of SEO, media buying, paid social, and other digital marketing channels.
  • Advanced competence with Everflow, Looker Studio, SEMrush, and reporting systems.
  • Perfectly fluent English required. Comfortable advertising uncensored and NSFW AI products.

Nice to have

  • Experience with postback S2S setup, ad servers, affiliate disputes, tracking issues, fraud, and volume drops.
  • Experience scaling affiliate programs from mid-size to enterprise level.
  • Knowledge of funnel optimization, A/B testing, subscription business models, and fraud prevention.
