Affiliate Marketing Manager

Location: Remote, work from anywhere

Salary: €50,000–€65,000 estimated base salary per year

What you will do

• Manage, maintain, and grow affiliate relationships, keeping partners informed and supported.
• Oversee affiliate onboarding and integration into the affiliate program.
• Monitor traffic, conversions, ROI, and overall affiliate performance through regular reporting.
• Analyze results, optimize campaigns and funnels, and identify opportunities to scale.
• Research and recruit new affiliates and business partners.
• Troubleshoot affiliate disputes, tracking issues, fraud, and performance drops while collaborating with internal teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing and management.
• Proficiency with affiliate marketing platforms and networks, including advanced competence with Everflow, Looker Studio, SEMrush, and reporting systems.
• Strong analytical, Excel, and Google Sheets skills for data analysis and reporting.
• Advanced knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, media buying, and paid social.
• Ability to optimize processes for performance efficiency and ROI.
• Perfectly fluent English required. Comfortable advertising uncensored-model and NSFW products.

Nice to have

• Experience with postback S2S tracking, ad servers, and complex affiliate tracking systems.
• Experience scaling affiliate programs from mid-size to enterprise level.
• Knowledge of funnel optimization, A/B testing, subscription-based business models, and fraud prevention.
