Marketing Automation & AI Operations Manager (AI)

Location: Fully remote — work from anywhere. Working hours are Mon-Thu, 9:00-18:00 and Fri, 9:00-15:00 Cyprus time.

What you will do

• Unify performance data and reporting from paid channels and tracking tools into a shared view using MCP connections and advanced reporting techniques.
• Build automated alerts for budget pacing, costs, and performance anomalies.
• Design, deploy, and manage AI agents for campaign structuring, ad copy and creative generation, quality checks, compliance, and performance optimization.
• Own human review and approval workflows for AI-generated outputs before publication.
• Train channel owners to incorporate AI tools into daily marketing workflows.
• Maintain the marketing calendar, build audience segments from customer data, synchronize them with ad platforms, track affiliate performance, and report results to leadership.

Requirements

• Experience with marketing automation, APIs, or BI and reporting tools.
• Familiarity with attribution and tracking systems and affiliate program platforms.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools or agents for reporting, content generation, or campaign work.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with CPA, ROAS, LTV, and cohort data.
• Working knowledge of Google, Apple Search Ads, Meta, and TikTok paid channels for building automation integrations rather than managing campaigns day to day.

Nice to have

• Background in mobile apps, iGaming, or gaming and casino-style products.
• Experience building or configuring automation workflows with no-code tools or scripting.
• Experience managing or directing multiple AI agents in production.
