Power Platform Engineer

Location: US; hybrid with travel and onsite requirements

Salary: $55,000–$78,000 per year

What you will do

• Design, build, deploy, and maintain solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and SharePoint.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with Office 365 applications, including Outlook and Teams.
• Gather and document requirements with business analysts, developers, stakeholders, and end-users.
• Automate workflows and business processes to improve operational productivity and accuracy.
• Provide troubleshooting, testing, deployment, documentation, training, and post-production support.
• Coordinate with IT teams on governance, data management, security, permissions, privacy, and compliance.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience developing Microsoft Power Platform solutions and automating workflows.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• Proficiency with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
• Strong experience with SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, and automated workflows.
• Experience with Office 365 integration, SDLC activities, testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and technical documentation.
• Must be able to work in the US in a hybrid role with possible office or client travel; PCG does not sponsor work authorization for newly hired foreign national workers.

Nice to have

• Microsoft Power Platform Functional Consultant (PL-200) or Developer (PL-400) certification.
