Salary: $80,420–$106,050 gross annual base salary.

What you will do

• Design developer workflows, self-service capabilities, and platform integration patterns.
• Develop, test, and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices in Python.
• Build scalable backend services using FastAPI, Flask, or Django REST Framework.
• Define how engineering teams consume CI/CD automation, infrastructure, and platform services.
• Deliver solutions end to end, from architecture and design through implementation and adoption.
• Create reusable architectures, APIs, automation frameworks, documentation, and enablement sessions.

Requirements

• Experience defining and delivering platform capabilities through self-service developer workflows.
• Strong Python backend development experience and knowledge of RESTful API and microservices design.
• Experience with FastAPI, Flask, or Django REST Framework.
• Ability to translate business and technical requirements into scalable solutions.
• Experience with CI/CD automation, infrastructure, platform services, and engineering best practices.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Charlotte, North Carolina, with onsite presence required on day one.
