Microsoft Power Platform Developer (Software Engineering, Associate)

Location: Washington, DC; hybrid schedule required

What you will do

• Build and support Microsoft 365 Power Platform applications using PowerApps, PowerBI, PowerAutomate, and SharePoint.
• Develop and manage internal applications and customer demonstrations, including UiPath RPA and AI applications.
• Gather requirements, design solutions, support testing, and provide technical training to users.
• Deploy solutions and provide post-deployment support and maintenance.
• Recommend improvements that increase the efficiency and effectiveness of business processes.
• Integrate existing system interfaces into current business systems and troubleshoot Microsoft 365, UiPath, and AI tools.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of technical experience in systems or application development, requirements development, or automated financial systems analysis.
• Experience building Microsoft Power Platform applications with PowerApps, PowerBI, PowerAutomate, SharePoint, and related tools.
• Understanding of the full software development life cycle, including requirements gathering, systems design, agile development, QA testing, production monitoring, and maintenance.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with clear written and verbal communication.
• BA/BS degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting and deploying SharePoint Framework solutions, App Service deployments, serverless functions, and Power Platform solutions.
• Experience with RPA and AI applications.
• Understanding of enterprise development frameworks and best practices.
• Web development and agile development experience.
