Senior Power Platform Developer (Power Platform)

Location: Hybrid role requiring three onsite days per week in the Puget Sound, Washington area; position listed in Redmond, WA.

Salary: $120,000–$130,000 per annum for candidates based in Washington State.

What you will do

• Design, develop, maintain, and support Canvas and Model-Driven Power Apps.
• Build Power Automate workflows for process automation and enterprise system integrations.
• Develop and optimize Azure SQL stored procedures, views, functions, and queries.
• Integrate Power Platform applications with Azure SQL and other enterprise systems.
• Create Power BI reports and dashboards that provide actionable business insights.
• Gather stakeholder requirements, troubleshoot existing solutions, and apply application lifecycle management, security, and governance practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 10+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Prior experience supporting the client’s environment.
• Extensive experience with Canvas and Model-Driven Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Azure SQL, and advanced SQL programming.
• Knowledge of Power Platform application lifecycle management, security, and governance.
• Ability to work full-time, Monday through Friday, in a hybrid environment with three onsite days per week in the Puget Sound area.

• Experience developing Power Platform solutions in a large, complex enterprise environment.
• Experience building scalable applications for operational workflows.
• Experience troubleshooting and improving existing Power Platform solutions.
• Ability to manage deliverables independently and collaborate in a hybrid, cross-functional environment.
