Product Engineer

Location: Hybrid remote/onsite in Bethesda, Maryland, United States. An active Top Secret/SCI security clearance is required.

Salary: $60,000–$180,000 USD per year.

What you will do

• Own the complete product lifecycle and drive the strategic vision for enterprise capabilities.
• Define product requirements, prioritize the roadmap, and guide a cross-functional team of 12–15 developers, designers, and analysts.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements and ensure successful product delivery.
• Engage with client leadership, end-users, and technical teams to gather feedback and iterate on product features.
• Present product strategy and progress to executive stakeholders, onboard new tenants, and advocate for user needs.
• Balance competing priorities and make data-driven decisions across diverse stakeholder groups.

Requirements

• Active Top Secret/SCI security clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience with Agile product delivery, stakeholder communication, and executive presentations.
• Experience managing Integrated Master Schedules and security and compliance activities.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Nice to have

• Experience with Agile software development methodologies.
• AI awareness and solutions knowledge.
• Experience in full-stack development or an adjacent role.
