Salary: $115,000–$160,000 base compensation.

What you will do

• Define product visions, strategies, roadmaps, and prioritization frameworks aligned with business and customer needs.
• Lead product lifecycle activities from ideation and definition through delivery, balancing feasibility, innovation, and business impact.
• Collaborate with designers, engineers, researchers, and business stakeholders to create customer-centric solutions.
• Use qualitative and quantitative insights, experimentation, and market data to guide product decisions.
• Lead client conversations, develop recommendations, and contribute to proposals, pitches, and thought leadership.
• Apply AI, GenAI, and agentic tools to research synthesis, prototyping, requirements, roadmap analysis, and product delivery.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of professional product management experience, including leading the product management function on real engagements.
• Strong strategic, concepting, data analysis, presentation, and storytelling skills.
• Experience writing technical requirements, including user stories, epics, and MVP scope.
• Experience leading product workstreams and collaborating with multifunctional teams.
• Proficiency with contemporary prototyping and research tools and methods.
• Hands-on AI, GenAI, or agentic tool experience in a product management context and U.S. work authorization without sponsorship are required.

• University degree in engineering, business management, science, or data-related discipline.
