Salary: $112,000–$133,200 USD per year

What you will do

• Define product vision, objectives, success measures, scope, priorities, and roadmaps.
• Research and synthesize user needs, market trends, business requirements, and technical approaches.
• Partner with engineers, designers, business analysts, project managers, government agencies, and contractors to develop and ship products.
• Translate user and stakeholder needs into features, user stories, business metrics, and actionable plans.
• Build alignment and stakeholder buy-in for product initiatives and tactical decisions.
• Measure progress toward business and user outcomes and turn insights into action.

Requirements

• At least three years of experience as a Product Manager leading a cross-functional team.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience running or shipping consumer web applications.
• Strong product planning, prioritization, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to structure action plans, make decisions with incomplete information, and create order from divergent needs.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship; additional government contract requirements, background checks, or security clearance may apply.
