Solution Consultant (AI)

Location: Remote across the United States. Employees located within 40 miles of the Scottsdale headquarters are expected to work onsite four days per week. Travel up to 20%.

What you will do

• Lead business and technical discovery to identify customer requirements, pain points, and success criteria.
• Design and deliver tailored product demonstrations and own proof-of-concept engagements.
• Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and security questionnaires.
• Partner with Account Executives on account strategy, deal planning, and objection handling.
• Coordinate Product Subject Matter Experts, Account Management, Project Management, Professional Services, and Services Delivery.
• Represent customer needs to Product and Engineering while improving demos, documentation, reusable assets, and sales enablement.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in pre-sales, sales engineering, or technical consulting.
• Knowledge of technical areas such as UCaaS, CCaaS, CRM, SIP, VoIP, AI, APIs, and automation services.
• Familiarity with integration patterns and tools such as Workato and Redox.
• Confident presentation skills for technical and business stakeholders.
• Fundamental knowledge of Python, JSON, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Fluent English required.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of data security and privacy frameworks, including HIPAA, PCI, or GDPR.
• Knowledge of Spanish or French.
• Experience with Lucidchart, Google Dialogflow, Microsoft Teams, WhatsApp, or Google Workspace.
