Location: Remote in the U.S. The role is also described as hybrid and includes access to office-based benefits and flexible work arrangements. Work from abroad is available for up to 30 calendar days per year.

What you will do

• Pitch and demo the hirify.global Connect API and MCP solution to prospects and customers, including technical and executive stakeholders.
• Build and iterate on custom demo agents, prompts, and workflows for customer use cases.
• Guide customers from initial setup through advanced adoption with onboarding flows, documentation, tutorials, and tailored enablement.
• Use product usage data, API analytics, and customer health scores to identify adoption blockers and expansion opportunities.
• Support API integrations, resolve technical blockers, document best practices, and collaborate with engineering.
• Share customer and usage insights with product and engineering to improve demos and influence the roadmap.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience delivering customer-facing pitches or live product demos.
• Hands-on ability to prototype agents, workflows, and prompts and explain technical capabilities through a business value narrative.
• Experience with API solutions, data integrations, or developer tools, including REST APIs, JSON, and authentication methods such as OAuth and API keys.
• Background in a customer-facing technical role such as Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, Developer Advocate, Technical Consultant, or pre-sales customer success.
• Ability to use product data and health scores to guide decisions and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to identify and resolve customer adoption and integration blockers.

Nice to have

• Pre-sales or solution-selling experience.
• Experience with data pipelines, research, B2B data solutions, or product-led growth environments.
