PreSales Consultant Data/AI (AI)

Location: Hybrid in Guaynabo, Puerto Rico

What you will do

• Partner with sales teams and customers to understand business needs and define data and AI strategies.
• Lead discovery sessions, workshops, technical demonstrations, and Proofs of Concept.
• Design end-to-end solutions using Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Fabric, Azure AI, Azure OpenAI, Copilot, and analytics platforms.
• Develop proposals, statements of work, technical presentations, and customer recommendations.
• Collaborate with technical teams, sales teams, and strategic partners to validate solution feasibility and delivery success.

Requirements

• Experience in presales, technology consulting, solution architecture, or a similar Data & AI-focused role.
• Hands-on knowledge of Azure, Microsoft Fabric, Azure AI, Azure OpenAI, Copilot, Power BI, SQL, data lakes, and data warehouses.
• Ability to design end-to-end data and AI architectures with governance, security, and compliance considerations.
• Experience leading workshops, technical demonstrations, Proofs of Concept, and customer-focused solution proposals.
• Strong consultative communication, analytical thinking, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills in multicultural environments.

Nice to have

• Microsoft Azure Administrator certification.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
