Communications Senior Specialist (Semiconductor)

What you will do

• Develop and implement integrated communications projects and cross-functional initiatives across the region.
• Manage agency partnerships, communications budgets, and execution across PR, social media, digital marketing, and website content.
• Advise local leadership on strategic communications, messaging, brand positioning, and corporate reputation.
• Manage community programs, including nonprofit partnerships, grants, reporting, and employee volunteer initiatives.
• Oversee strategic communications assets for consistency, quality, and alignment with brand and business priorities.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience in corporate, brand, or internal communications.
• Strong written and spoken English and Chinese are required.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Communications, Journalism, English, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, judgment, project management, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead initiatives from strategy through execution.

Nice to have

• Experience in the semiconductor or display sectors.
• Experience using data and analytics to measure communications effectiveness and optimize content and engagement strategies.
• Ability to develop executive-ready presentations and present communications plans, results, and recommendations.
