Senior Specialist, Corporate Communications (Biotechnology)

Salary: $90,000–$123,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Develop, review, and coordinate approval of corporate messaging, press releases, social media content, bylined articles, Q&As, thought leadership materials, factsheets, website content, and multimedia assets.
• Support communications for corporate, clinical, data, regulatory, and commercial newsflow.
• Manage day-to-day corporate website, intranet, brand, and communications vendor activities.
• Support quarterly earnings communications, investor outreach, banking conference presentations, corporate presentations, and investor relations database updates.
• Create intranet content and graphics and support town halls, internal events, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Lead multiple communications projects, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, and ensure timely delivery with minimal supervision.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in corporate communications, internal communications, public relations, media, financial communications, or a related field.
• Experience in biotechnology, pharmaceutical, life sciences, healthcare, or an agency serving these industries.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills, strong project management and organizational abilities, and effective stakeholder relationship-building skills.
• Familiarity with strategic communications, communication analytics, and measurement tools.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, websites, intranets, Canva or graphic design, newswires, and social media platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, English, or a related field preferred. Tonix does not offer sponsorship for this role.
