Test and Analysis Program Manager (Defense)

What you will do

• Manage test and analysis programs supporting Army, Department of War, and related defense customers.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across test planning, data collection, analysis, reporting, technical assessments, and customer decision support.
• Manage cost, schedule, performance, risk, scope, and contract execution across FFP, CPFF, and T&M efforts.
• Support customer briefings, technical reviews, milestone reviews, status meetings, and executive reporting.
• Assess and track strategic growth opportunities, customer intelligence, competitive positioning, and pursuit priorities.
• Develop technical inputs for RFIs, sources sought, white papers, proposals, solicitations, and acquisition documents.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, business, management, or a relevant technical field.
• 15+ years of relevant experience in Army, Department of War, intelligence, aerospace, defense, test and evaluation, or similar mission-focused programs.
• Knowledge of Department of War markets, acquisition processes, customer organizations, and competitive dynamics.
• Experience managing or supporting technical programs involving test, analysis, systems engineering, acquisition, or program execution.
• Experience with RFIs, sources sought, RFPs, white papers, proposals, capture support, or business development.
• U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain a security clearance are required.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting Redstone Arsenal, Eglin Air Force Base, Army Aviation, missile defense, T&E infrastructure, modeling and simulation, space, hypersonics, sensors, or survivability programs.
• Active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain a higher clearance.
• Experience with CRM or opportunity tracking tools, proposal financials, contract types, FFP scope control, margin protection, and risk management.
• Experience with acquisition documentation, source selection support, PPBE inputs, test planning, data analysis, verification events, or contractor performance evaluations.
• Technical familiarity with complex systems integration, sensors, payloads, aviation, space, missile, hypersonic, ground, or system-of-systems architectures.
