Program Manager - SOF RACER

Location: Arlington, Virginia, United States; based in the DC area with regular time in Tampa

Salary: $165,000–$185,000 per year

What you will do

• Own execution across the consortium’s active technology areas, including battlespace awareness, autonomy, communications, cyber, precision effects, human-machine integration, and power and energy.
• Run problem-curation sprints with USSOCOM stakeholders, company sourcing and onboarding pipelines, education sessions, and program events.
• Collaborate with GovSignals and hirify.global specialists in problem curation, technical vetting, and deep-tech and defense-investor communities.
• Prepare plans, quarterly metrics, program reports, and other written deliverables on schedule.
• Represent hirify.global with government stakeholders, special operators, technology companies, and founders.

Requirements

• Experience running government-customer programs where speed is central, such as OT, consortium, accelerator, or rapid-fielding programs.
• Ability to communicate credibly with special operators and seed-stage founders.
• Strong organization and ownership across multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Ability to manage metrics, deadlines, and early escalation of delivery risks.
• Active Secret security clearance required; TS-SCI preferred.
• Must be based in the DC area and regularly spend time in Tampa.
