Salary: $200,000–$240,000 per year

What you will do

  • Coordinate Orion execution across science, engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, integration, commissioning, and operations readiness.
  • Build and maintain an integrated program-level plan while preserving ownership of schedules, scope, and commitments across subunits.
  • Identify cross-team dependencies, interface risks, schedule conflicts, ownership gaps, blockers, and readiness gaps.
  • Surface technical decisions, frame tradeoffs, and escalate issues involving performance, schedule, risk, manufacturability, cost, reliability, and operability.
  • Drive coordination meetings, technical reviews, dependency reviews, executive decision forums, and clear communication of decisions and changes.
  • Build the Orion TPM function, including dependency tracking, decision logs, risk reviews, readiness gates, and executive reporting.

Requirements

  • Experience coordinating complex technical programs across multiple engineering and operational functions.
  • Ability to connect systems engineering, integration engineering, production scheduling, and technical leadership into a coherent execution plan.
  • Ability to provide concise, accurate program status and identify critical-path risks, required decisions, and needs for executive support.
  • Willingness and ability to work on-site in Everett, Washington.
