Lead Trainer (Geospatial Intelligence)

Location: Remote within the United States with a requirement to report physically to the Tampa Office; international travel is required as needed.

Salary: $98,000–$143,000 annually, with location-based ranges up to $165,000.

What you will do

• Design and deliver instructor-led training on geospatial and imagery analysis concepts, tradecraft, and best practices.
• Develop product-specific curricula covering analytical workflows, configuration, and mission-focused use cases.
• Create presentations, exercises, labs, reference guides, learning paths, and scenario-based evaluations.
• Deliver classroom, remote, hands-on, and applied mission training for international customers.
• Adapt training to customer missions, industries, and technical environments while improving product adoption and analyst proficiency.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Services teams to maintain accurate content and improve programs using customer feedback and performance outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in geospatial science, geography, engineering, computer science, intelligence studies, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience delivering technical, analytical, or professional training and developing structured learning materials, labs, and practical exercises.
• Strong understanding of geospatial and imagery analysis concepts, tradecraft, analytical workflows, and imagery-based tools.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• Ability to train external customers in person and remotely and adapt content to international operational contexts.
• Must be a U.S. Person and must report physically to the Tampa Office; international travel is required as needed.

Nice to have

• Formal imagery analyst training or prior military, government, or intelligence imagery analysis experience.
• Experience supporting real-world missions, mentoring or evaluating analysts, or developing military or government courses.
• Leadership experience as a non-commissioned or commissioned officer.
• Familiarity with analyst training standards, tradecraft evaluation, and performance assessment.
