Auto Damage Adjuster (Field)

Location: State College, Pennsylvania, United States; not a remote role and requires work in the listed territory.

Salary: $59,000–$75,850 per year, with an hourly range of $29.51–$37.65. A $1,500 sign-on bonus is available for candidates with an active adjuster's license in good standing.

What you will do

• Handle auto damage claims, including complex cases.
• Inspect and appraise vehicle damage using technical and industry knowledge.
• Settle claims promptly and accurately.
• Deliver effective customer service throughout the claims process.
• Work flexibly across field and in-office settings within the assigned territory.

Requirements

• Minimum 12 months of auto damage experience.
• Motor Vehicle Damage Adjuster or Appraiser license required.
• Valid driver's license meeting company underwriting guidelines.
• Ability to maintain applicable state and federal certifications and permits.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Computer skills, mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, decision-making, multitasking, and effective verbal and written communication.
