Operations Project Manager (Renewable Energy)

What you will do

• Lead the execution-readiness process by collecting, analyzing, and shaping operational strategies for power plant projects.
• Coordinate Safety, Planning, Logistics, Material Management, Quality, Construction, and Commissioning activities.
• Maintain weekly execution-readiness templates, including deadlines, progress updates, and deviation alerts against the baseline.
• Maintain weekly and monthly execution-readiness KPI dashboards.
• Complete readiness tasks assigned to Construction until the site team is identified.
• Coordinate the readiness of main components and provide offsite support to projects in execution as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent work experience.
• 4+ years of relevant or equivalent work experience.
• Familiarity with the full life cycle of power projects and business development.
• Experience with project planning, cost accounting, budgeting, contract implementation, and financial management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, presentation, and communication skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Fluent English is required for safety communication and collaboration. A full valid driver’s license and eligibility under the company’s auto insurance policy are also required.
