Regional Marketing Manager Iberia (Cybersecurity)

Location: Spain – Madrid; candidates must be based in the Madrid area. The position is remote in nature and requires travel within the Iberia region.

What you will do

• Own and execute the regional marketing strategy across Spain and Portugal for the enterprise segment.
• Localize global campaigns and develop market initiatives based on country maturity, competitive dynamics, and growth opportunities.
• Design integrated programs that generate and accelerate pipeline and contribute measurably to revenue.
• Coordinate with regional sales leadership on territory plans, strategic accounts, events, executive engagements, partners, and campaigns.
• Lead cross-functional alignment and bring Iberian market insights into global planning.
• Track KPIs, campaign effectiveness, pipeline impact, and ROI while delivering executive-level performance reporting.

Requirements

• 7+ years of B2B marketing experience in enterprise technology, SaaS, cybersecurity, or a related industry.
• Experience managing multi-country or regional marketing programs and aligning marketing strategy with sales execution and revenue outcomes.
• Strong executive presence, stakeholder influence, and data-driven pipeline and revenue measurement skills.
• Experience with CRM, event tools, and marketing reporting platforms such as Salesforce, Zuddl, or Tableau.
• Native Spanish speaker required; fluent English required.
• Must be based in the Madrid area and willing to travel within the region; experience using AI technologies to improve decision-making and workflows is required.
