Field Marketing Manager - LATAM (Cybersecurity)

Location: Brazil; remote work available

What you will do

• Develop and execute regional field and channel marketing programs for large enterprise accounts.
• Plan integrated campaigns involving digital marketing, events, sponsorships, direct mail, teleprospecting, and webinars.
• Collaborate with sales and business development teams on territory planning, pipeline coverage, lead prioritization, and opportunity acceleration.
• Manage event logistics, including venues, schedules, audiovisual requirements, catering, contracts, and onsite execution.
• Develop co-marketing plans with regional channel partners and alliances.
• Measure program performance, manage the regional marketing budget, and improve reach, conversion, velocity, value, and return.

Requirements

• At least five years of enterprise field marketing and channel marketing experience.
• Strong knowledge of demand generation, B2B sales cycles, account-based marketing, segmentation, budgeting, and performance analytics.
• Experience creating messaging, email campaigns, direct mail, digital advertising, SDR scripts, presentations, and other marketing assets.
• Experience planning and executing successful marketing programs and events, including event contracts, BEO details, attendee recruitment, and onsite management.
• Fluent Portuguese is required.
• Ability to travel up to 30% of the time and work effectively with sales, marketing, business development, and channel teams.

Nice to have

• Spanish fluency.
• Experience with Asana, Splash, Salesforce, Marketo, or predictive analytics tools.
• Bachelor’s degree focused on marketing or business.
