NetSuite System IT Lead

Location: Charlotte, NC; onsite 3–4 days per week as needed

What you will do

• Lead the NetSuite enhancement initiative, expanding capabilities for accounts payable, treasury, procurement, and energy trading and risk management.
• Manage approximately 10 application professionals, including support specialists, business analysts, system analysts, architects, and project managers.
• Define, develop, test, and implement Workato integrations between NetSuite and third-party business systems.
• Coordinate with PwC, external vendors, implementation partners, and business stakeholders throughout the ERP software development lifecycle.
• Support process mapping, issue resolution, system validation, business requirements documentation, training, and end-user support.
• Document and manage SOX controls while improving business processes and data accuracy.

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on NetSuite ERP experience, including implementation and integration projects.
• 5+ years of professional finance, accounting, or ERP-focused business analysis experience.
• Strong knowledge of NetSuite financial modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and financial reporting.
• Expertise in SuiteScript and experience managing third-party integrations, with knowledge of systems such as Basware, Avalara, Concur, Power BI, and related platforms.
• NetSuite certifications such as SuiteFoundation, SuiteScript Developer I, or SuiteScript Developer II are required.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, information systems, or a related field is preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience with Alteryx or similar data extraction and transformation tools.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite skills.
