Senior Financial Systems Analyst (NetSuite)

What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end enhancement lifecycle for NetSuite, Stampli, Workiva, and other financial applications.
• Configure roles, permissions, custom forms, workflows, scripts, saved searches, custom fields, and custom records.
• Manage NetSuite subsidiary, location, and entity structures supporting multi-entity consolidation.
• Own ITGC controls, access governance, change management, SDLC documentation, and audit coordination.
• Map O2C, P2P, R2R, and related processes; identify manual work and drive workflow and integration automation.
• Design test scripts, coordinate UAT, govern master data, and lead initiatives with stakeholders and external support vendors.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on NetSuite business analysis or ERP experience.
• Functional expertise across Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and Record-to-Report cycles.
• Experience authoring BRDs, IDDs, and FSDs.
• Working knowledge of ITGCs, application controls, SDLC documentation, and integrated ERP environments.
• Strong understanding of Segregation of Duties principles and access control governance.
• Ability to configure NetSuite independently for standard customizations without developer dependency.
