Netsuite Systems Analyst (AI)

Location: United States; the role is based in New York

Salary: $180,000–$210,000 USD base salary per year, plus potential bonus, equity, and commission programs

What you will do

• Administer NetSuite users, roles, permissions, security settings, configurations, workflows, custom records, forms, searches, reports, and dashboards.
• Manage finance-related requests from requirements documentation through resolution.
• Support integrations between NetSuite and other business systems with internal teams, vendors, and consultants.
• Test upgrades, deploy approved changes to production, maintain environments, and troubleshoot system issues.
• Monitor data integrity and system performance while maintaining current access reviews and audit evidence.
• Train users and maintain NetSuite documentation.

Requirements

• 4+ years of NetSuite administration experience.
• Strong knowledge of NetSuite Financials, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, and bank reconciliation.
• Proficiency with NetSuite imports, exports, and mass updates.
• Experience with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, or SuiteTalk and the ability to write script specifications.
• Exposure to an integration platform such as Celigo, Workato, or Boomi.
• Ability to investigate issues, prioritize competing requests, and use AI tools in day-to-day work.
