NetSuite Product Specialist

What you will do

• Gather requirements from Finance, Operations, and other business stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, process documentation, and current- and future-state process flows.
• Perform fit-gap analysis across native NetSuite features, SuiteApps, and custom solutions.
• Plan and execute UAT, manage stakeholder sign-off, maintain the enhancement backlog, and prioritize work by business impact.
• Build NetSuite custom fields, records, forms, saved searches, SuiteFlow workflows, and light-to-moderate SuiteScript 2.x customizations.
• Deploy changes through sandbox, test, and production environments using SDF, Git-based version control, code review, and the established CI/CD release process.

Requirements

• 5+ years of NetSuite experience, primarily in a functional or business analyst capacity.
• Working proficiency in SuiteScript 2.x, including User Event, Client, and Scheduled scripts.
• Experience with SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, fit-gap analysis, and UAT coordination.
• Understanding of NetSuite CI/CD practices, including SDF, Git, environment promotion, and structured release cycles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for extensive collaboration with business stakeholders.
• Functional expertise in Q2C, R2R, Advanced Revenue Management, ASC 606, financial reporting, OneWorld, multi-currency, and intercompany processes.

Nice to have

• NetSuite SuiteFoundation or ERP Consultant certification.
• Exposure to SuiteTalk, REST APIs, or middleware.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum ceremonies in internal IT or business systems environments.
