Lead Business Execution Consultant (Microsoft Power Platform)

Location: Chandler, Arizona, or Charlotte, North Carolina; hybrid schedule with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote

Salary: $60–$65 per hour on W2

What you will do

• Lead cross-functional initiatives focused on process improvement, workflow automation, operational efficiency, and business transformation.
• Design and implement scalable solutions using Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Copilot.
• Gather business requirements, evaluate current processes, and identify opportunities for automation, standardization, simplification, and AI-enabled enhancements.
• Develop executive-level reporting, dashboards, insights, and communications to support strategic decision-making.
• Coordinate with business, technology, risk, and control partners to align solutions with governance, compliance, audit, and operational requirements.
• Manage priorities, stakeholder expectations, risks, and dependencies while mentoring team members and supporting adoption.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business execution, implementation, strategic planning, process improvement, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience developing automation, workflow, business intelligence, or technology-enabled solutions with Microsoft technologies.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and managing stakeholder relationships.
• Experience translating business requirements into scalable technology-enabled solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in the Chandler, Arizona, or Charlotte, North Carolina hybrid arrangement with 3 onsite days per week.

Nice to have

• Advanced experience with Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Copilot.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, Jira, SQL, reporting tools, data analysis, and business intelligence solutions.
• Experience supporting governance, risk management, controls, compliance, or audit activities.
• Background in banking, financial services, credit card products, or lending operations.
