Site Leader (Food Fulfillment)

What you will do

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the fulfillment center.
• Lead and engage up to 100 direct and indirect reports, coaching teams to maintain high performance.
• Monitor performance, identify deficiencies and barriers, and create corrective actions.
• Plan and implement continuous improvement initiatives across fulfillment processes.
• Oversee safety, environmental programs, materials, and facility management.
• Conduct process audits, manage monthly budget expectations, and establish accountability for results.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Site Leader or in a similar leadership role.
• 10+ years of fulfillment or distribution experience.
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems, such as NestSuite, and experience in an automated pick environment.
• Knowledge of P&L management, budgeting, forecasting, organizational effectiveness, and operations management.
• Continuous improvement certification, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to analyze data.
• Degree in Business or Operations Management.
